We toured Prosecco region during June, visiting several very nice wineries. We’ve enjoyed Napa/Sonoma a number of times but we really enjoyed how low-key this area was. Its an easy train ride from Venice. We realized quickly that most of the Prosecco we are exposed to in the US is the more mediocre sparkling. If you enjoy sparkling wine and good food, put this on your itinerary.
